To install the TDM autoexp tamplates follow the steps:

1. Find the "autoexp.dat" file in your MSVS.
It is usually located in somewhere like:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\Packages\Debugger\autoexp.dat"

2. In the "autoexp.dat" file find the line with:
"[Visualizer]"

3. Copy the contents of "autoexp.dat.change" file
into your "autoexp.dat" file AFTER that line.
